CROWLEY, La. — Five charges of violation of city and state laws have been filed in the office of Judge Edmund M. Reggie here:

' Deputy Joe Nugent of the Aca- dia sheriff's office has charged Mr. and Mrs. Pete N. Green of Crowley with the crime of theft of $2,560 in cash, current money, from Kartial Handen on June 26. The charge was filed this morning. Deputy Nugent said that an item has been.broadcast for the apprehension of the couple and that he has learned they are somewhere in the state of Mississippi at the present time, having crossed the state line at Vidalia.

The Crowley city police .have filed three affidavits. Ewell Thomas Guidry of Lake Charles has been charged with reckless driving and has posted a $25 bond. Adras Guidry has been charged with disturbing the peace and Nelson Mouton has been charged with simple battery on Andrew McFarlin.

In other charges, Clebert Jagneaux of Crowley • has charged Delton Bonin of Crowley with disturbing the peace.
