Simple Battery Charge Filed

CROWLEY, La. — One affidavit charging simple battery was filed here today in the office of Judge Edmund Reggie.

Clara Mae Davis of 904 W. 3rd St., Crowley, charges Huey L e e Ma:lbrue of 1714 Ave. B. with committing simple battery upon h e r person on July 25 by hitting her about the face and head with his fist.   1
