WEEK TO DECORATE SET BY MAYOR — The week of of Dec. 12 through the 18 has been officially proclaimed Christmas Decoration Week in the City of Crowley by Mayor Joe Giele n, in cooperation with the Crowley Garden Club, sponsors of a citywide movement to decorate the entire city in keeping with the
