Assn. Elects Officers
The Beauregard Community Concert Association held its annual meeting on April 14 in the Meeting Room of the Parish Library and elected officers for the 1980-81 concert season.
Larry Barnhill was elected President of the Association. Other officers elected are: A.L. Peters, First Vice President; Mrs. H. Meadows, Vice President for Membership; Mrs. Don Brown, Assistant to Membership; Mrs. Gordon R. Condit Vice President for Headquarters; Mrs. Paul H. Jantz, Vice President for Publicity; Mrs.E.R. Brown, secretary; Jack Condren, treasurer.
LeRoy Ades, president of the organization, thanked all members for a successful campaign. This year's membership drive was sold out.Mr. Ades thanked Mrs. Betty Meadows, Membership Chairman, and Mrs. Maxine C o n - dit,Headquarters Chairman, for outstanding jobs during the past campaign. dent Ades for his past year's leadership.
Each year the membership elects eight new members of the Board of Directors.The Board is composed of 16 members who serve two-year alternating terms. The eight new directors are: Mrs. Gary Godair,Mrs. W.E. Kilman, Mrs. M.E. Nelson, Mrs.Ron Roberts, Mrs.David Jones, Mrs. Allen Bradley, Ed Michael Reggie and LeRoy Ades.
The newly elected directors join those presently serving on the Board;Mrs.A.J. McGrede,Mrs. K.D. Bardin,Mrs. L.W. Belehrad, Mrs. Eloise Carmen, Dr.Lane Sauls,Stuart Kay,Jr., James Nelson,and Kenneth Devillier.
Despite the sell-out season, a few limited memberships are available to persons who have moved into the area since the membership drive. Members are entitled to admission to all three concerts.No admissions are sold at the door. One adult memberhip is $12 and one student membership is $6 with family memberships available at a special price. Those who are interested may contact
