| Text of article: | Grand Opening of the north branch of the City Savings Bank was celebrated on Friday as Chanber of Commerce officials, bank officials and staff members gathered for a formal ribbon cutting ceremony. Bank President Ed Michael Reggie (center) cuts the ribbon held by C of C current and past presidents, Noel Daniels and Frances Caldwell.
