With the majority of cases calling for bond forfeitures, Judge Reggie disposed of the docket in less than 15 Minutes.
The disposition of the cases included Lynn Melancon, disturbing the peace by being drunk, $25 and costs or 15 days in jail; Ed Brown, disturbing the peace by being drunk, $25 and costs or 15 days; Elias Richard, drunk driving, $100 and costs or 30 days; Napoleon Meaux, disturbing the peace by using loud and obscene language, pleaded not guilty and had his trial set for Jan. 20;
Willie C. Trahan, separate charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace by using loud and obscene language, pleaded not guilty, trial set for Jan. 20; Daily Campbell, Jr., disturbing the peace by being drunk, $15 and costs or 10 days; and Alfred White, disturbing the peace by being drunk and using loud and profane language, pleaded n o t
guilty, trial set for Jan. 20. .
