SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE were at the Rice Festival building when I went over to see the prom decorations, among them Doris Reggie and her youngest son, Ray. This young fellow is one of the most lovable young men you have ever met and when I got ready to leave he followed me to the door. He asked me if that was my "Muscrat" in the front (referring to my Mustang) and when I offered to have him ride back to town in the "Muscrat" with me, he readily agreed. with arrangements ma& for his Mom
